Prayer to St Mark

O God, who didst exalt thy blessed Evangelist Mark with the grace of preaching the gospel, grant us, we beseech thee, to profit always by his teaching, and to be safeguarded by his prayer. Through Jesus Christ, thy Son our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee in the unity of the Holy Ghost, God world without end. Amen.
